How to use this weekly planner
Start with three outcomes, not a giant list of tasks. An outcome is something you can point to at the end of the week: submit the draft, book the appointment, finish the room reset.
Then give each day one must-do. The could-do line is deliberately optional. If the week gets messy, protect the must-do and let the optional line absorb the change.
Why the empty space is intentional
A planner that only works when nothing unexpected happens is not a very useful planner. The blank space is capacity for overruns, errands, low-energy days and work that takes longer than the estimate.
